Order Deliveries Will Be Made Between

  • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  • Certain courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. This will need to be provided for the completion of delivery. OTP will be sent to the number inputted at the time of placing the order.
  • Tatha is not responsible for damage after delivery.
  • For all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of the day of delivery.
  • Export and Customs Compliance:

    The brand assumes responsibility for complying with export and customs laws in the country from which the products are shipped. The consignee is responsible for ensuring compliance with import and customs laws in the destination country.

    Order Limits:

    Customers must be aware of and adhere to their country's limits for product clearance upon arrival. The number of products ordered should not exceed the permissible total as stipulated by the destination country.

    International Order Fulfillment:

    The brand will fulfill all international orders. However, the consignee is responsible for the entry of products into the chosen destination country, along with compliance with all relevant laws. This includes payment of Customs Duty Charge, Import Duty, VAT, and other applicable government taxes and charges.

    Customs Clearance and Refunds:

    If, for any reason, an order fails to clear customs in the destination country, the brand may, at its discretion, consider a refund after deducting shipping costs, return duty charges, and any other processing expenses incurred by the brand.

    Customer Compliance Confirmation:

    Customers are required to confirm that their order and the products therein comply with and are permissible for delivery under the laws of their respective countries. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
