Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Tatha order. Because our products are skincare and fragrance items, returns and refunds are accepted only when:
- You received a damaged product, or
- You received the wrong product.
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery, along with a clear unboxing photo or video showing the damage or incorrect item, and your Order ID.
How to raise a request: Email info@tatha.co.in or call +91 70117 13690 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM IST) within 3 days of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement, or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for any other reason — including change of mind, or a product that has been opened or used — unless it arrived damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been shipped by emailing info@tatha.co.in or calling +91 70117 13690. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
