Thank you for your order. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Please take note of the following regarding our return/refund policy:


Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase and must be in an unused condition.


To return an item, please email customer service at along with a clear video that shows the products defects and your Order ID. Our team will collect the item within 5 working days and work on sending you a replacement within 3 working days of receipt.


We do not offer refunds after orders have been shipped. In the case of a defective product, we do offer exchanges. Please email us at with a clear video that shows the products defects along with your Order ID. Your order will be collected within 5 working days, and a replacement will be sent within 3 working days of receipt.

Damaged Products Policy

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 10 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 10 days. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipment:

In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 4 – 5 working days after the cancellation request.

Cancellation post shipment:

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team at

In case you have canceled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.

Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 4 – 5 working days.
